Pioneers decide on booth theme
The Thunder Valley Pioneers 4-H club met July 19 at St. Paul's United Church of Christ.
President Sarah Fowler called the meeting to order.
Secretary Lexi Watson gave the minutes from the last meeting. Treasurer Brionna Watson gave her report also.
Then old business was discussed. The last fundraiser was selling Rada Cutlery and the items were handed out. They have decided that their fair booth theme is going to be, "4-H will take you places" with road maps.
The State Fair orientation for those who did well at interview judging will be on July 27 at 9 a.m. at Jim's Place. Cloverbud Camp will be in August flyers will need to be completed and turned in by July 27 and there will be a $6 fee. The next community service project is purchasing at least 10 canned foods to donate to the Uhrichsville Food Pantry. The next meeting will be Aug. 16 at 6 p.m. at Port Washington Park.

The club discussed old business, what they are doing for the field trip at the end of the year,
They have decided as a community service to donate dog and cat food to the humane society.
