A fundraising trip to New York City is set for Saturday, Dec. 12 to benefit the Newcomerstown Middle School.

Support the Newcomerstown Middle School and enjoy a guided tour of New York City.

The bus will leave from Canton at 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 11 and will return to Canton at approximately 9 a.m. Sunday. They will spend 16 hours in New York City.

During this time, participants will have the opportunity to visit four to six major attractions including the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, a 90-minute tour by boat on the New York Water Taxi, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, the Bodies Exhibit at Discovery Times Square, and "The Ride" (an incredibly unique tour of the city on a one-of-a-kind bus). Additionally, they will visit the Sept. 11th memorial, Chinatown and Little Italy for an early dinner, Battery Park, Bowling Green, Charging Bull and Trinity Church.

Staying with the group is optional, you are welcome to go off on your own and enjoy your day shopping, seeing shows, etc.

Transportation and driver gratuities cost $140 each for an adult and a child; and transportation, gratuities, and entry to all attractions is $225 for adults and $200 for children under 12.
