COSHOCTON -- The Coshocton Footlight Players will present "Uh-Oh, Here Comes Christmas" at the Triple Locks Theater, 685 N. Whitewoman St., Coshocton, on Dec. 4-5, 11-12, and 18-19 at 8 p.m.
Based upon the books by Robert Fulghum ("Everything I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten"), this holiday comedy features 15 holiday stories that have been crafted into an engaging evening of storytelling and song.
This charming show takes a funny, heartwarming and often poignant look at the struggle to find the spirit of the holidays amid the avalanche of commercialism, stress and chaos that crashes down every December.
The show features music, humor, warmth, ensemble and solo story telling that gives a unique, refreshing and heartwarming perspective about the love-hate relationship many of us have regarding annual holiday traditions.
The ensemble cast includes Mickie Galajda, Richard McKinley, Shelly Lillibridge, Nathan Mayse, Heath Chaney and Jess Slaughter.
The Director is Susan Metz, the Assistance Director is Donovan Rice and the Producer is Marsha Cusin.
The play is presented with the permission of the Dramatic Publishing Company.
The show is suggested for adults and children ages 12 years and older. There is some mild adult language.
The Box Office opens on Nov. 23 for members and Nov. 24 for the general public.
