WEST LAFAYETTE -- Just in time for your upcoming family gatherings and holiday baking, The Old Thyme Country Market has recently opened their doors at 51323 County Road 16, west of the village of West Lafayette.
They are located near what is known to locals as Miller's Dip.
The market, owned and managed by Jamie and Priscilla Troyer, officially opened Oct. 23.
The establishment offers a large variety of lunch meats and cheeses, homemade breads, rolls, ever-popular fry pies, soup mixes, dried fruits, candy, spices and herbs, jams and jellies, as well as gift items, and some hard-to-find kitchen gadgets.
Some upcoming plans for the market include a deli for take-out deli foods such as sandwiches, soups, and fresh salads. This will be announced in the near future.

The hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Troyer family, including their six children: Karina, Lance, Veronica, Christen, Logan, and Jaden are residents of the Newcomerstown area.
