100th day of school
The 100th day of school was celebrated Feb. 3 and students at East School practiced math and writing skills using games and activities based on the number 100.
Our PTO did a great job hosting a Minion movie night recently. Parents and students enjoyed popcorn, pizza and raffles and door prizes.
Thank you to all that attended.
We had another successful "Make-It, Take-It" day hosted by our PTO and attended by many parents. Students had the opportunity to make four activities that they took home and practiced skills that help them be successful!
The next PTO meeting at East School will be Feb. 23 at 6 p.m. We will be having another movie night on March 22. Parents, be sure to mark your calendars!
Some other dates to remember:
Feb. 26 to March 10 - East students will be participating in a fundraising project with Tri-C Distributors.
Feb. 26 - Last day to purchase a yearbook.
March 15-18 - Parent's breakfast at East. Students will be bring home invitations soon.
March 24-28 - No School - Spring break.
