Meeting canceled

The Port Washington-Salem Historical Society will not be having its regular meeting in February. The next scheduled meeting will be Tuesday, March 13 at 6:30 p.m.

The Annual Board of Directors met in January on National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, with everyone attending signing a card for local policemen. Election of officers was held, and several recent cash donations were announced. Fred Welsch presented a book to the group on the history of Beersheba.

Gifts of local photographs and artifacts are always welcome additions to our second-floor museum.
