NEW PHILADELPHIA — Students from the Computer Design, Animation and Game Design program at Kent State Tuscarawas, Stark and Kent campuses, the Tuscarawas County Center for the Arts and Synergy Sign and Graphics are sponsoring the fourteenth annual Student Computer Designed Art Exhibition from 7 to 9 p.m. on April 19.

The art exhibit will be at the Tuscarawas County Center for the Arts, 461 Robinson Dr. SE in New Philadelphia. The event is free and open to the public with food, drink and the music of Max Beal.

The student artwork will be judged with the top pieces to receive the honor of "Best in Show" that evening. Current and past artwork will be available for purchase.

Computer Design, Animation and Game Design is one of the fastest growing programs at Kent State University and offered in full at Tuscarawas, Stark and Kent campuses. The computer design, animation and game design major appeals to students who enjoy combining visual design, art and technology. Students graduate with skills in 3D modeling, animation and game design, which equip students for various careers locally, statewide and nationally.
