NEW PHILADELPHIA — The Harry Clever Airport in New Philadelphia will host Living History Flights with a 1940 DC 3 and a B-25 Bomber from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 25-26.
Flyers will take a trip back in time 78 years to the "Golden Age of Aviation."
The cost is $75 per seat aboard the DC-3, and $395, $425, $450 or $495 per seat for the B-25 Bomber. Reservations are recommended by calling 330-340-2999, but walk-ups are welcome.
Food will also be available at the EAAChapter 1077 Aviation Center, 1802 E. High Ave. in New Philadelphia.
On Sunday, Sept. 2, EAA Chapter 1077 will host its annual Pancake Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Harry Clever Airport. The menu will include pancakes, fresh eggs, sausage, juice and coffee.
Airplanes will also be available for viewing.
