Coshocton Business and Professional Women met April 15, 2019, at the Grace United Methodist Church. Program Speaker Toni Trowbridge explained the COTC Coshocton Promise (Free College for eligible Coshocton County residents) and then answered questions from the audience.

Tickets were given to all members for the 50/50 fundraiser. Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased from any BPW member. The winning ticket will be drawn at the next meeting and the winner will receive half of the money raised.

Slate of Officers was voted on for the 2019-20 year and will be installed in June.

The next meeting will be the scholarship banquet at 6 p.m. May 20, at Schumaker Farms. Two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded from the Joan McNeely Working Woman Scholarship fund.

BPW, founded in 1919, promotes equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education and information. Membership is open to men and women, employed or unemployed, who support the Legislative Platform.
