Funeral services for Mary Juanita Danley, 87, of Newcomerstown, were June 6, 2009, at the Addy Funeral Home, Newcomerstown. Minister Buddy Lawrenson officiated the services with burial in the Kimbolton Cemetery, Kimbolton. She passed away June 3 at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville.

She was born June 23, 1921, in Newcomerstown, the daughter of the late Elmer Ray Patterson and Mary Elsie (Gray) Patterson.

She retired from March Electric of Cambridge.

On Oct. 31, 1936, she married John W. Danley, who passed away Oct. 25, 1990.

Survivors include three sons, Donald L. (Nancy) Danley of Fresno, William L. Danley of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Kenneth R. (Christine) Danley of Senecaville; two daughters, Cheryl (Charles) Arter of Louisville, Ky., and Marsha J. (Roger) Stone of Port Washington; 18 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Judy Danley; and one brother, Kenneth Patterson.
