Autumn Dawn Perry, 30, of Newcomerstown, formerly of Uhrichsville, Coshocton, and Rosharon, Texas, passed away Thursday morning, Aug. 5, 2010, at her Newcomerstown residence, following a short illness.

Autumn was born in Dennison on Nov. 16, 1979, and is survived by her mother, Alice D. Baker Richard of Newcomerstown, and her father, Emanuel L. "Mike" Perry of New Philadelphia.

She attended Newcomerstown schools, and was a homemaker and mother. One of her great joys in life was spending time with her children. She also enjoyed crocheting and spending time at the beach.

In addition to her parents, Autumn is survived by her five children, Selena N. Moore, Hailey D. Moore, Gabriella E. Wells, and her twins, Austin D. Bethel and Monica A. Bethel, all now of Newcomerstown, but formerly of Rosharon, Texas. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law with whom she lived, Kenneth T. and Tracy L. Baker of Newcomerstown; and four sisters, S. Teresa Page, Michelle L. Haythorn, and Mary Beth (Joseph) Endsley, all of Newcomerstown, and Terrie Jo Woods of Coshocton. Also surviving is her life partner, Sean C. Bethel of Rosharon, Texas; and paternal grandfather, Charles L. Bethel of Rosharon, Texas; grandfather, William Grieb of Newcomerstown; and several nieces and nephews.

To honor Autumn's requests, her remains are to be cremated.

Memorial services to celebrate Autumn's life was Aug. 9, 2010, at the Ourant Funeral Home, Newcomerstown.

Pastor Roger W. McCreery, minister of the Calvary Chapel, Coshocton, conducted the services.

A fund has been established for Autumn's children. The family is requesting that memorials be made to the Autumn Perry Benefit Fund, in care of Century National Bank, 220 E. State St., Newcomerstown, OH 43832.
