Robyn Deeann Hayes, 38, passed away at home on Friday, Nov. 6, 2015.

She was born Aug. 18, 1977, in Columbus, to her loving parents, Tom and Sharon Miller Hayes, formerly of Newcomerstown.

Robyn graduated from Thomas Worthington High School, Class of 1996. She was employed for nine years with Big Bear and 10 years at Whole Foods Market, as a cashier's assistant. Robyn was a member of Worthington Special Olympics since 1987, on the gymnastics team. Her hobbies included: reading, completing puzzles, studying genealogy, collecting bears, Fenton Glass and Cat's Meows, while learning everything about the U.S. Presidents and their First Ladies.

Robyn is survived by her devoted family, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Those survivors include: her parents, Tom and Sharon; her brothers, Bryan and Brady; her grandmother, Dorothy Hayes of Newcomerstown; her aunts, Donna "Dee Dee" Haver, Charlene Garretson, both of Newcomerstown, Sandra "Sandi" Miller of Columbus and Shirley Hayes of Newcomerstown; uncle, George Hayes of Newcomerstown, and their families; as well as numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Walter and Martha Miller, Wilma (Wheeler) Hayes, and G. Leroy Hayes; as well as her aunt, Marilyn Miller.

Thank you to the doctors and staff at Nationwide Children's Hospital Cardiology Department, who provided such watchful loving care to Robyn through the years, and the staff of 4th Floor ICU, this past September.

A graveside service took place Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, in the Guernsey Cemetery. The Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High St. in Worthington and the Addy Funeral Home in Newcomerstown both held visiting hours.
