Barbara Jill Lyne (Phillippi), 66, went home to be with the Lord on May 22, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer while residing in Newcomerstown, where she lived for over 30 years.

Barbara was born Sept. 14, 1951 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Ralph and Jeanne (Machlan) Phillippi. A 1969 graduate of Farmington High School, she attended the University of New Mexico.
