NMS gives thanks for successful fund-raiser

On April 17, the staff of the Newcomerstown Middle School carried out a spaghetti dinner for the purpose of raising monies for student incentives. The community response was overwhelmingly supportive with over 250 meals served that evening. This type of event truly shows that the community and citizens of Newcomerstown support our youth and take pride in our schools. I would like to personally thank Mrs. Cathy Ringer for organizing and carrying out the dinner event; Mrs. Judy West and Mrs. Louise Swigert for ordering and preparing the delicious meal; and the staff of NMS for cooking homemade deserts to be served with the meal. In addition to the above thank you's, the staff of Newcomerstown Middle School would like to thank the following people for their support through donations of the middle school spaghetti dinner: Tilton's Meats of Newcomerstown, Tower Hill's Angus Farms of Mr. Carl and Barb Hinds, Dick's Place of Newcomerstown, Baker's IGA of Newcomerstown, Beitzel's Meat Processing of Stone Creek, Strang Farms of Loudonville -- Mr. Jad and Carla Augustine and Family, and Nickle's Bakery.

Once again, thank you to the community and sponsors for your ongoing support of Newcomerstown Middle School.
