The article, "New Concession Stand for Lady Trojans," printed in the May 2, 2012, edition of The Newcomerstown News, contained incorrect information. The article also excluded several generous donors, including: TMK Lime and Limestone, Coshocton Health and Rehabilitation, Bridge Overlay Systems and Corey Moner.

We initiated this project in appreciation for the school district allowing our Travel Softball Organizations, Twisted Sisters Fastpitch and Hinton Fastpitch Softball, to utilize the high school softball field for practices and scrimmages. However, the project quickly turned into a true community effort with generous contributions and support from the high school player's parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and other members and businesses of this community.

The building package was funded by Twisted Sisters Fastpitch and Hinton Fastpitch Softball. Additional building material and electrical supplies were donated by Mike and Gina Montgomery, Corey Moner, Joe Beall, Scott McCune, and Paul Watson. Carter Lumber of Uhrichsville provided a generous discount on the building package and Lowe's of New Philadelphia provided the window and electrical supplies at a discounted cost.

The site was prepped by Ed Rexroad with equipment provided by Bridge Overlay Systems. The limestone for the building pad was delivered and donated by TMK Lime and Limestone. Primer and paint was donated by Coshocton Health and Rehabilitation.

The building was assembled by Paul Watson, Joe Beall, Craig Green, Scott McCune, Mike Montgomery, and Mike Hinton. Tommi Watson painted the building.

Food and beverage items, supplies, and appliances were generously donated by Gina and Mike Montgomery, Susan and Mike Hinton, Teresa and Scott McCune, Tommi and Paul Watson, Myrtle and Joe Beall, Mandy and Mike Postel, Sharon and Roger Shaw, Nancy and Larry Hannahs, Allyson Poorman, Craig Green, Chuck Peach, Jeff Moore, Stacey Moore, Joyce Yoho, Sandy Robinson, and Baker's IGA.

I apologize if I have excluded anyone, as our list of donors continues to grow.

Thanks to all who helped turn this project into a true community accomplishment.
